Empty streets in Sant Cugat del Valles, a normally bustling city of some 90,000 people outside Barcelona, a week after Spain exerted a state of Emergency to deal with the spread Coronavirus. Spain is one of the worst affected countries. Schools and retail businesses are closed, except for supermarkets and pharmacies.
