Info

Glory, a natural phenomenon featuring circles of concentric colour surrounding the shadow of - in this case a Norwegian Airlines aircraft from Oslo to Tromso, imposed upon the clouds. This natural phenomenon is caused by sunlight passing through water droplets. No one really understands what the cause is, however. When seen from mountains - usually a climber’s shadow, on a cloud, it’s called a “Brocken Spectre”.
