The Southern Ocean breaks over an iridescent blue iceberg - the blue comes from thousands of years of snow being slowly compressed into a hard Antarctic glacier. As air is squeezed out, ice crystals grow, and absorbing light from the red end of the visible spectrum - leaving blue light to be refracted.
