Tasmanian Devil on tree
Captive Tasmanian Devil at the Something Wild animal sanctuary, near Mt. Field National Park, Tasmania, Australia.....Like most of the devils I photographed over the last week this devil was either recovering from injuries, or an orphan, seperated from parents suffering from the Tasmanian Devil Facial Tumor Disease, which is a contagious cancer. Many like these will be released into the wild.
