Jeanie Johnston, three masted barque - famine ship
Jeanie Johnston, three masted sailing barque, a replica of the original ship was built in Quebec in 1847, and brought emigrants from Ireland to the United States during the famine period, operating from Blennerville, in Co. Kerry. The replica set sail in 2002 and is pictured here along the North Wall Quay, in Dublin city centre.
