Newgrange Megalithic Monument, Co. Meath, Ireland
This quartz and granite face is a modern reconstruction - using the original materials - of how Newgrange must have looked 5,000 years ago. The quartz came from about 60km south, while the granite rocks came from farther north. The stones on the bottom weigh between 1 and 10 tonnes - and were put here 5,000 years ago!....Add to Cart Add to Lightbox Download
